About Rain Shadow Engineering
Rain Shadow Engineering & Consulting, PLLC offers full-service professional civil engineering design and consulting services in Land Development, Stormwater & Drainage Design, and Drinking Water System Design.
We work in jurisdictions all around the Puget Sound. Our clients are generally residential/homeowners, architects/developers, or communities/HOAs, but we have worked for the full-range of clients spanning single-family residential projects, commercial, and municipal/government.
Who We Are
Rain Shadow Engineering is owned and operated by Aaron Bowman, PE. Aaron is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Washington with 18 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, including over a decade of experience working on projects in Seattle as well as the greater Seattle area.
Aaron has a broad background of experience within the civil engineering discipline including land development, stormwater & drainage design, water system design, and environmental engineering.
